QF-1000 Specification
The QF1000 is an automatic folder for production of crossfolded wet wipes made of for example spun laced, thermo bond or air laid material. The machine operates automatically and delivers the impregnated stacks on an out feed conveyor that will feed them in to the packaging machine with no manual handling.
How does it work:
Mother roll i slit into up to 8 lanes, impregnated, folded, crossfolded and stacked.

Many possibilities. Most common is Z or C fold
